At LEWKIN, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Return
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
